ANIMAL TALESDog's Seeing Eye Dog
Six year old Lily became reliant on Madison, seven, after a rare medical problem called entropin caused her eyelashes to to grow into her eyeballa leaving them so badly damaged they had to be surgically removed.
Lily and Madison are Great Danes. One completely dependent on the other. Both dogs stay in close contact with each other. Lily and Madison's home is at the Shrewsbury Dogs Trust care in Tilford, England. More than 200 people responed to a call for help and possible to give both dogs a new home. Lily and Madison have developed a strong bond and cannot be separated. They will soon have a good and suitable home. What wonderful friends to have. |
